I've been pretty happy with utilizing Carepaths for my electronic record keeping. It's secure and I've been really pleased with them. Any thoughts from yourself or other readers?

Whoops... "mega-sties" should read "mega-sites!" Although... it might have been a Freudian slip.

This is a great article and a "must read" for anyone considering moving on to the net for service delivery. My experience with e-clinics (some of which I refer to as "advice mega-sties" do to the broad range of services and provider "expertise") has been similar in that I did not receive many inquiries and a good number of the referrals I received had unrealistic expectations of distance counseling. My advice for those starting out, use distance counseling to supplement your face-to-face practice first. Tap in to your inner-geek (know how to use the equipment and software EXPERTLY). And make sure your professional ethics are understood and respected by the site with which you choose to work. Use their Customer Service to ask questions and test their responsiveness. Go with your gut: if it doesn't feel right, MOVE ON!
